Fabric & stabilizer
Fabric: Medium-weight woven cotton twill or canvas, 220-300 g/m2, white, light or black. Pre-washed/pressed, no stretch.
Stabilizer: 1 layer heavy cut-away, 2.5-3.0 oz (approx. 85-100 g/m2) plus 1 layer medium tear-away underneath, hooped together with the fabric, firm but not stretched. Light temporary spray adhesive on the backing (not on the fabric). Trim the cut-away to 6-12 mm around the design afterwards.
