Refund policy

Ready-made designs

Downloads are delivered instantly and can't be returned, so sales of digital designs are final once a file has been downloaded.

If a file won't open on your machine or doesn't stitch properly, tell us within 14 days. We'll fix it, send you another format, or refund you if we can't make it work.

Custom digitizing

• Free edits: size tweaks and fixes after your test sew-out.
• If we can't deliver a usable file, you get a full refund.
• Cancelling: before we start work, you get a full refund. Once work has started, the order can't be refunded, but you'll still receive the files.

All Access passes

A pass can be refunded within 48 hours of purchase if no files have been downloaded with it.

How to ask

Send a message from the contact page, or from your custom job page, with your order number. For stitching problems, include a photo of the sew-out and your machine, fabric and stabilizer.
