our file, a real machine
The fine print
Is it really free?
Yes. No card, no subscription, nothing to cancel. We'd rather you judge our files on your own machine than take our word for it.
What's the catch?
None. If you like how it stitches, your next designs are custom orders from $10. If you don't, keep the file anyway.
How big can the free design be?
Up to 4 in (102 mm) on its longest side. That covers left-chest logos, cap fronts, sleeves, small patches, names and monograms. Bigger designs are custom orders.
How long does it take?
Within 48 hours of your request. We email you when the files are ready, and they stay in your account.
Which machines can use the files?
DST (Tajima, Barudan, most commercial machines), PES (Brother, Baby Lock), JEF (Janome), EXP (Melco, Bernina), VP3 (Husqvarna Viking, Pfaff) and XXX (Singer). Need another format? Tell us your machine in the notes.
Why do I need an account?
Your files, our messages and any free revisions live there, so you can download again any time, from any device.
Can I send any logo?
Send artwork you own or have permission to use: your business, your club or team, or a client who asked you to get it digitized.
