Privacy policy

What we collect

• Account details: your name and email, and optionally your phone number and country.
• Orders: what you bought, prices, the payment method and its reference. We never receive or store card numbers.
• Files you send: artwork for custom digitizing and messages about your orders.
• Messages you send through the contact form.
• One session cookie that keeps you signed in and remembers your cart and currency. This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

To deliver your files and custom work, confirm payments, answer your messages and email you about your orders. We don't sell your data.

Who we share it with

Only with the services needed to run the shop, such as our hosting and email providers and, when you pay, the payment service you choose (for example PayPal or a crypto payment provider).

How long we keep it

Account and order records are kept while your account is open and for as long as accounting rules require. Artwork and finished custom files are kept so you can download them again; ask us any time to delete them.

Your choices

Ask us to show you, correct or delete your data through the contact page.
