How it works
- Pick your size and add the design to your cart.
- Upload your logo or artwork (PNG, JPG, PDF or vector). Don't have it yet? Upload it later from your account.
- Check out and pay the invoice we email you (PayPal or crypto).
- Download your stitch-ready files from your account within 24 hours. We email you when they're ready.
Turnaround: how the 24 hours work
The clock starts once your payment is confirmed and we have your artwork. Upload it at checkout and we start right away; upload it later and the clock starts when it arrives. If anything needs changing after your sew-out, reply in your order thread. Size tweaks and fixes are free.
What to send us
- Your artwork: the largest, clearest version you have. A sharp, straight-on phone photo of a printed logo works if nothing else exists.
- Finished size: the width or height you want it stitched at.
- Where it's going: left chest, cap front, sleeve, jacket back, towel, bag.
- Fabric: T-shirt knit, pique polo, twill cap, fleece, towel, denim. Density and underlay change with each.
- Machine or format: DST, PES, JEF… or just tell us your machine brand.
- Thread colours (optional): brand colours or Pantone references.
Why our files stitch clean
Auto-digitizing traces an image and fills shapes with stitches. It doesn't know the fabric, how small the lettering is, or which way the stitches should run, so files often come out too dense, pucker, break thread or leave gaps between outlines and fills. We set every object on purpose:
- Underlay that locks the fabric to the stabilizer before the top stitches go down
- Standard fill density (about 0.25 mm between rows) adjusted to the fabric, so knits stay soft
- Pull compensation so outlines meet fills without gaps
- Open details stay open: we check the thinnest gaps in your art against the stitch size and tell you if the design needs to be bigger
- Smart sequencing with fewer trims and jumps, so it runs faster on your machine
FAQ
How long does digitizing take?
Within 24 hours of payment and artwork. Large, very detailed artwork can take longer; we'll tell you up front if so.
Which formats do I get?
DST, PES, JEF, EXP, VP3 and XXX are all included, plus a production sheet. Need HUS, SEW or something else? Tell us your machine.
I don't have my file ready.
Order now and upload it later from your account. The turnaround clock starts when it arrives.
Can I get a size change after delivery?
Yes, free. Send a message on your order page and we'll rebuild it at the new size rather than just scaling it.
What if it doesn't stitch right?
We fix it until it does. Send a photo of the sew-out and tell us your fabric, stabilizer and machine.
Can you digitize for caps?
Yes. Choose "Cap / hat front" so the file is built centre-out for cap stitching.
