Who we are

Stitchify Art ("we") sells digital machine embroidery files and custom embroidery digitizing through this website.

Digital files

Everything we sell is a digital file. Nothing is shipped.
You need an embroidery machine and a way to load files onto it. Check that your machine reads one of the included formats (DST, PES, JEF, EXP, VP3 or XXX) before you buy.
Previews are simulations. Thread brands, fabrics and machines vary, so colours and texture on your sew-out will differ slightly.

Licence

When you buy a design, download it with an active All Access pass, or download a free design, you may:

stitch it as many times as you like, on items for yourself or for sale;
keep the files as a backup for your own use.

You may not resell, share, upload or give away the files, sell edited or converted versions of them, or present the design as your own work.

Custom digitizing

You confirm that you have the right to use the artwork you send us, for example your own logo or a client's logo with their permission. We may decline artwork that appears to infringe someone else's rights.
The finished stitch files are yours to use for the artwork you supplied.
We may show finished work in our portfolio. Tell us if you'd rather we didn't.
Turnaround times start once payment is confirmed and we have your artwork.

All Access passes

A pass gives download access to every design in the library for the number of days stated. It does not renew automatically.
Files you download while your pass is active stay licensed to you under the licence above.
A pass is for one person or business. Please don't share your account.

Payments

Prices are set in US dollars. Amounts shown in other currencies are estimates. Orders are confirmed when we receive payment.

Liability

We check every file before delivery, but results also depend on your machine, thread, fabric, stabilizer, hooping and settings. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the file or service in question.
